Parts & Smarts

You keep the fire alarm scope and your crew does the install. We supply the equipment and handle everything else, from design and permits to final acceptance.

Fire alarm work often lands in an electrical contractor’s scope: a tenant improvement, a remodel, a new building. Your crew can pull the wire and hang the devices. The hard part is the system itself: the right equipment, a design that meets code, and a panel that’s programmed correctly. That’s where Rainier Fire comes in.

The parts

We supply fire alarm equipment from open, non-proprietary product lines, so the building owner isn’t locked into one service company. That’s an easy selling point for your bid. Lines include:

The smarts

Rainier Fire is led by a NICET Level III technician in Fire Alarm Systems, an advanced national certification for fire alarm work. We handle the fire alarm side of the job from start to finish:

Other fire alarm companies already call us in for programming, so you’re working with people who do this every day.

How it works

  1. Send us the scope. Plans, a device count, or just a description of the job.
  2. We quote the parts and the fire alarm work. You fold it into your bid.
  3. We design, draw, submit and permit. You get shop drawings to install from.
  4. Your crew installs. All raceways, wire pulling and device installation, on your schedule. Prefer to hand off the devices? We can install them for you.
  5. We finish it. Panel connections, start-up, programming, functional testing and fire department acceptance.
